Was pretty ill today.. no idea whats come over me. I'm thinking some kind of 24 hour bug.
Breakfast/Mid-Morning Snack: Bread rolls with butter & jam.
Lunch: 4x Cream crackers with cream cheese.
Dinner: Tiny duck sandwitch.
Admittedly today hasn't been healthy, but frankly I couldn't stomach much, and fruit is far too acidic when you've got a seriously dodgy stomach.
